This Warranty Policy describes how Sobot Demo: 3C Digital and Home Appliance (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles warranty coverage for products purchased from demo.sobot.io (“the Site”).

We support replacing the brand-new machine within 30 days from the date of purchase if the item is found to be defective. Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe as the original item.

If your product is out of warranty, we offer a Hassle-Free paid out-of-warranty service to ensure continued support.

Please note: Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
