V. Maintenance
1. Regular Maintenance
Dustbin
Regularly cleaning the dustbin helps maintain its cleanliness. If the dustbin becomes too full, debris may fall onto the floor during cleaning, and excessive waste may reduce the vacuum's suction efficiency.
Maintenance Frequency:
- Recommended cleaning: once per week
- If wet debris is collected, rinse and dry immediately
Maintenance Steps:
- Open the top cover of the vacuum and remove the dustbin by lifting it from the designated finger slot.
- Hold the dustbin over a trash can, press the release button, and empty the waste.
- Close the dustbin lid and reinsert it into the vacuum’s dustbin slot.
- Close the vacuum's top cover to complete cleaning.
Filter
Regularly cleaning the filter helps maintain the vacuum’s suction power and ensures effective cleaning. If the filter is clogged with dust, suction power will decrease, affecting cleaning performance.
Maintenance Frequency:
- Recommended cleaning: once every two weeks
- Recommended replacement: every 3-6 months
Maintenance Steps:
- Unlock the filter cover by pulling it upward.
- Hold the filter handle and remove it from the dustbin.
- Tap the filter lightly to remove dust, then rinse with clean water.
- After washing, allow the filter to air dry completely.
(Note: Do not use sharp tools, cleaning hooks, or brushes to clean the filter.) - Reinstall the dry filter and close the filter cover.
(Note: The filter must air dry for 24 hours before use. It is recommended to alternate between two filters.)
Side Brushes
Regular cleaning of the side brushes ensures optimal cleaning efficiency and prevents noise caused by tangled debris.
Maintenance Frequency:
- Recommended cleaning: once every two weeks
- Recommended replacement: every 3-6 months
Maintenance Steps:
- Remove hair and debris wrapped around the brushes.
- Clean dirt and dust from the sweeping module. (The module can be rinsed with water; dry it before reuse.)
- If replacing, firmly pull the side brush upward to detach it.
Rolling Brush
Maintenance Frequency:
- Recommended cleaning: once every two weeks
- Recommended replacement: every six months
Maintenance Steps:

- Remove the end caps and clean out any trapped hair or debris.
- Use a cleaning hook or scissors to remove tangled debris from the brush.
- Reassemble the rolling brush and cover.
Universal Wheel
Regular maintenance of the universal wheel ensures smooth movement and prevents secondary contamination. If hair is tangled inside the wheel, it may cause abnormal noise or damage.
Maintenance Frequency:
- Recommended cleaning: once per month
Maintenance Steps:
- Manually remove the universal wheel and wipe it clean.
- Use a cleaning hook to remove debris from the wheel.
- Reinstall the cleaned universal wheel.
Clean Water Tank

- Remove the filter sponge.
- Rinse the sponge with clean water or replace it with a new sponge from the accessory kit.
- Reinstall the filter sponge and secure the water pipe.
Wastewater Tank
After each mopping session, the wastewater tank must be emptied and rinsed to prevent bacterial growth and foul odors.
Maintenance Frequency:
- Recommended cleaning: after every mopping session
Maintenance Steps:
- Remove the wastewater tank from the base station and pour out the dirty water.
- Rinse the wastewater tank thoroughly with clean water.
- Reinstall the clean wastewater tank into the base station.
Base Station Cleaning Components
Regular maintenance of the cleaning tray and base tray ensures the mop is properly washed and prevents bacteria buildup.
Maintenance Frequency:
- Recommended cleaning: every two weeks
Maintenance Steps:
- Lift the handle of the cleaning tray and remove it.
- Rinse the cleaning tray and base tray with clean water.
- Use a paper towel or cloth to wipe off any dirt in the base station tray (ensure the base station is powered off before cleaning).

Sensors
Regular sensor cleaning ensures proper navigation and prevents detection errors.
Maintenance Frequency:
- Recommended inspection: once every two weeks
- If dirty, clean immediately
Maintenance Steps:
- Wipe the five bottom cliff sensors with a dry cloth.
- Wipe the right edge sensor and front infrared sensor.
(Note: Use a soft tissue or microfiber cloth to avoid scratching the sensor surface.)
